It has been a year since King Charles III ascended to the throne, and keen Australians are still eagerly anticipating their official royal portrait. While the King has unveiled his first official portrait since his coronation, Australians are still waiting for their own.
The Royal Portrait
King Charles III's official portrait was unveiled by the Royal Family on Instagram. The portrait, painted by Jonathan Yeo, depicts the King in a formal setting, wearing the robes of the Order of the Garter. The portrait will be displayed in Buckingham Palace, alongside other official portraits of the British monarchy.
